At last ... this is the first weekend since sustaining 3 cracked ribs (one cracked in two places) at the end of July that I have been able to sleep on my right hand side, and the first weekend where I have been able to properly get back on a dance floor and did I make up for that over the last weekend! 

I went to Blackpool on Friday with friends and stayed over for two nights, spent a fortune and had an excellent weekend. Most of Sunday was spent recovering LOL!!

With the passing of most of the pain in my chest other than a little residual muscular ache its great to feel like me again. Watch out ...there's a Gareth about LOL!!

This website has now been online for EIGHT (yes 8 ... count them!) YEARS!!

Well plans are underway for more exciting stuff before the end of the year... so watch this space for updates :)

Well today marks the 11th anniversary of me buying my home ... so happy birthday to my house :):) I can't believe how quickly the 11 years have gone by heehee!

I've just about recovered from the excesses of Manchester Pride weekend ... and trust me it took some recovering from LOL!!! It was great fun tho, the best 3 days since I have been single. Actually thats not quite true, there have been loads of great days, but I think that was the best weekend as a whole so far!!

Well wot now ... OK work is just totally hectic at the moment, im out of the office and all over the country just at the moment, one day in Scotland, the next in London, the next in Nottingham ... that sort of thing, but its great and the weeks are just flying past at the moment. Its September already and that is really the most bizarre of all ... I cant believe how quickly time has gone past this year. It only seem like 2 weeks ago I was standing on Sydney Harbour watching the Fireworks on New Year's Eve.

All but 4 weeks have now passed since the end of my relationship, and today was a strange day. Actually its been a strange week! A new tyre from KwikFit in Bracknell thanks to a large nail, a sunny day trip to the picturesque town of Skipton in North Yorkshire and then being back in city centre London. Its was six weeks ago that the terror attacks on London's transport system were first made, and four weeks ago today that a second attempt was made. Today was my first time on the tube since those attacks and also since the ending of my relationship. Its strange. So many people going about their daily life, so many people travelling all over the capitol. When I approached the tube im not sure what I felt, maybe a little anxious, maybe memories of other things London, who knows ... it was just all a bit surreal I guess.

Life continues, friends both in and out of work have been great over the last few weeks, Im not sure exactly where my head is at the moment (other than on top of my neck!) but life continues!
