With the imminent release of Holiday in Gran Canaria III I decided to revisit the first two films, the quality of the video on "Holiday in Gran Canaria" - the original film - was not brilliant due to the compression techniques used to encode the film for DVD - however with more experience and better software I have revisited the original masters and have produced a brand new version of this movie - so that it may be enjoyed in the quality it was originally produced in. DVD1 features Episodes 1-3 of the original film and includes an additional audio commentary track recorded by Mike and I. DVD 2 has the final episode of the film along with two bonus featurettes ...
